I think it is hard to predict a first-time-ever event with accuracy. We can all have a go at predicting recurring things like stock market crashes, but with predictions of first time events the odds multiply many thousands of times over. For example, give us the date when the San Andreas fault will nail California with a massive earthquake, if ever it does. And, if your predicttion is within 2 days as with the one mentioned above, then I think it is time scientists had a look at the methodology used to achieve this prediction. That is all.
